“Now Mayflower is your bread and butter!” Тут не лучшее место для этой идиомы. Bread and butter = your main source of income (job, business), not a property. For example, a mechanic's "bread and butter" is fixing cars. Тут лучше сказать “Now Mayfair is your cash cow!”
“Hey, you sticky fingers, don’t touch my yellow street!” We don’t call someone “you sticky fingers”. More natural: “Hey, sticky fingers! Don’t touch my yellow property!”
“If only I had money to catch this street! I desperately need it to get a house!” To catch a street - очень неестeственно. “If only I had enough money to buy this street! I need it to build houses!”
“There’s no point in investing in stations unless you get a hold of all of them.” В выражении get hold of - нет артикля
“It turns out/appears a profitable investment!” Тут грамматическая ошибка. - It turns out/appears to be a profitable investment
